Josua Tarigan, PhD, CMA, CSRA

Received an award from the East of Java Higher Education Ministry (LLDIKTI VII) for “Best Lecturer Performance” in 2011, the Netherland Fellowship Program (NFP) in 2015, and the International Dean's Course (IDC) of German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) in 2022. This year, More than eighteen years of experience in Accounting Education as an Associate Professor.

Additionally, having two years of experience in ERP-related and several years in freelance consulting. Have been interacting directly with more than 20 countries, including Japan, Germany, Switzerland, and the United States of America (USA). Have strong knowledge and skill in Strategic Management Accounting and Strategic Cost Management.

Serve also on the Editorial Board for the International Journal of Sustainable Society (IJSSoc), ASEAN Journal of Management & Innovation (AJMI), Rangsit Journal of Social Sciences and Humanities (RJSH), and Jurnal Akuntansi Keuangan (JAK). Starting in 2018 become a reviewer for the Journal of Asia Business Studies, Corporate Governance (Q1-Emerald), International Journal of Emerging Markets, Social Responsibility Journal, International Journal of Social Economics, Competitiveness Review, Journal of Applied Research in Higher Education (Q2-Emerald), Nankai Business Review International, Accounting Research Journal (Q3-Emerald), International Journal of Learning and Intellectual Capital (Q3-Inderscience) and IGI Global Book Chapter (Global Challenges and Strategic Disruptors in Asian Businesses and Economies).

Recently invited as a keynote speaker at the Rangsit University (Thailand) international conference in 2019 and 2020. Moreover, as a visiting lecturer in Germany for the "Financing and Investment Appraisal" course in 2019 (Munich) & 2020 (Berlin). Finally, proficient in written and spoken English and computer literate with excellent interpersonal, communication, and intercultural skills.
